How does it work?
It's simple!

Guest pick up the receiver and listen to a custom pre-recorded greeting from the hosts

Guests leave their message and then hang up

After your event, you'll get a private link containing all of your individual mp3 audio files to download
How do I book?
A full deposit is required as part of your payment. Then, we will reach out via Whatsapp to collect both your audio greeting 1 month before your event. Booking will be confirmed once you receive an invoice from us. Our Cancellation policy*
*50% refundable for cancellation 1 month before event, no refunds given for cancellation less than 1 month.
Is there a limit to the amount of recordings it can hold?
You may record for your entire event! Our phone have reliable, high quality recording memory of over 50 hours. To preserve the battery, make sure to hang up the phone after each use.
How much space is required?
The set up is 1m by 1m. For package A (without standee), we recommend placing it on a welcome table where you can have a phone conversation comfortably
Can I add a little extra for my special day?
Absolutely! We offer additional products and post-editing services to enhance your audio guestbook experience further. Reach out to us for Add-Ons catalogue.
Does the phone need to be connected to landline or WIFI?
Nope, because our phones are entirely wireless and don't need an external connection to function, they can be placed anywhere. They are powered by internal rechargeable batteries and will be delivered fully charged with 50+ hours of battery life.
